What a great decade for action films. With big name actors coming though and off the back of the emerging Kung-Fu films of the 70’s. The 1980’s really opened the gate for big budget, big action movies. From Charles Bronson to Arnie and Stallone the selection of actors was huge, with each trying to outdo the other with bigger stunts and more effects. There’s so many to choose from and it’s hard to single out one as being the greatest of the decade. Let’s post some of our best loved action films here and see if there’s one that stands above the others, one that we can truly call “The Best 80’s Action Movie”.
